Your pergola should integrate with your architectural and outdoor living area style. We work with you to make selections that ensure your pergola fits in perfectly with its surroundings!
BUILDING CODES
Building codes are something we work with everyday. As the only manufacturer offering engineered pergolas, we provide the techical knowledge and expertise you need.
BUDGET
Knowing what you want to spend on your pergola helps guide us through design options and material selections. We assist in calculating estimated installation time and costs.
TIMELINE
We work with you to understand your project timing and when your pergola needs to be shipped. We want your pergola to arrive on time.
Step 2: Standard or Custom
STANDARD KITS
If you are looking for a pergola from 12′ x 12′ to roughly 20′ x 20′, we probably offer a pre-designed standard kit that will work for you. These kits can be quoted right away, but are made to order, so you always have a choice of column style, color, and component layout.
CUSTOM DESIGNED KITS
If none of our standard kit sizes work for you, or you have a completely unique design, a custom kit is what you need. We will create a quote and drawings to show you exactly what your pergola will look like.
Step 3: Design Approval & Ordering
Once you have decided that your pergola design is perfect, it’s time to approve your sales drawing and place your order!
Since all of our pergola kits are made to order, we require payment prior to starting on the fabrication of your pergola.
Step 4: Receiving Your Pergola
We will email you a shipping notification on the day your pergola leaves our factory. This email will include detailed receiving instructions and tracking information.
You may then contact the local service center to set up a delivery appointment with the freight carrier.
Step 5: Installation Support
We are here to help you through to the end! We offer unlimited technical support by seasoned professionals that have installed our pergola kits themselves.
Whether it is tool selection, column layout, or building attachment, we are available to assist you.
